Software and Application Development and Integration

Next Sphere provides “Information & Communications Technology” (ICT) Consultancy and covers high level strategies for the optimum use of service providers to meet the Internet business needs of the client. We are an authorized distributor/dealer for software and hardware such as Servers, PC, Mini/workstations, Scanners, Printers, Office Automation, Networking Solution and others. In the case of software, we provide experts of different discipline to accomplish any specific tasks in software development and system integration.

Data Conversion and Bureau Services

Providing conversion services, converting hard copy based on engineering drawings or maps into digital forms which are compatible for computer processing and conversion of text database into document imaging. We also provide bureau services for scanning and data conversion even at remote sites.

Maintenance & Support

ICT Maintenance & Support Services

The driving force of our company is reflected in our service motto, ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’ which simply means the best technical support rendered within an acceptably quick response time, and this leads to quality and reliable problem resolution and concise customer education for the customers.

We also have an extensive network of service centers or local partners all over Malaysia to support our current as well as future customers. Our service partners are appointed based on their expertise and experience in providing comprehensive technical support ranging from PCs to UNIX and Networking.

We have created a web based centralised Helpdesk Management System and employs automated system to track, manage and monitor all support cases received from customers, and to electronically escalate to our team of consultants and our technology owners (vendors). With our Call Centre operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we provide a voicemail facility which will automatically route unanswered incoming call to a mailbox. As soon as an engineer’s line is free, the voicemail system will prompt the available engineer that a message remains unanswered, and the engineer will log and return the call. This assures customer that calls are handled expeditiously. To meet our commitment in providing total customer satisfaction, fast response and prompt action, we communicate with our Engineer using SMS Mobile EveryWhere EveryTime facility.

ICT Consultancy Services

Nextsphere also provides consultancy advice to Government Ministries and Industries. These advices have taken various forms including high level strategies for integration of disparate systems within an organization covering nation-wide, network modeling, System Integration, workflow modeling and managing the integration of software onto an existing system.

We do not supply standard off-the-shelf software one-size-fits-all consultancy packages but prefer to clarify your requirements to develop a custom made service tailored according to your needs and our capabilities. In other words, our focus would be on advising customers on how ICT are able to meet their objectives.

Outsourcing Services
